About Us

WSC is a water engineering and strategic communications firm with a uniquelyintegrated team. We combine deep technical expertise in addressing the West’s water challenges with innovative engagement to deliver compelling, relevant solutions for our clients and the communities they serve.

How WSC Began

Water Systems Consulting, Inc. was born on December 4, 2007. In the basement of his San Luis Obispo, CA home, CEO and Founder Jeff Szytel did it all. From engineering to accounting, his philosophy was straightforward—provide personalized service, deliver sustainable solutions, and create exceptional value for every client, every time. This philosophy remains at the heart of who we are today.

Mission

To be the preferred partner for sustainable water solutions by building innovative teams, cultivating lasting relationships, and delivering extraordinary value.

Vision

Creating a Better Water Future® where all water is valued, and water systems are celebrated for supporting the vitality of our communities and environment.
