Jannette Garrett

Jannette is WSC’s Director of People and Culture who helps our high-performing team of professionals succeed, grow, and thrive.

Jannette has spent her career working in the field of human resources. Her experience ranges from government, to healthcare, retail and professional services. She is actively involved in HRCC where she serves as the Programs Chair, SHRM and PIHRA and, at WSC, guides and oversees the overall functions of human resources. Jannette works on strategic staff planning, recruiting top talent, benefits administration, risk management, labor relations, policies, and programs for the entire company. She believes an organization that differentiates itself through effectively recruiting, retaining and developing talent is one best equipped to succeed in today’s competitive environment. She enjoys supporting our high-performing team of professionals to be successful and helps provide WSC’s clients with exceptional customer service.

On a personal note

My background in directing human resources functions for small and larger companies has given me the ability to connect well with people at all levels in the organization and bring diverse viewpoints to a productive consensus. I am inspired by WSC’s philosophy that people come first and all water matters. Our team consists of visionary leaders that motivate the employees to strive for excellence. The work-life culture is a model for how companies should treat their employees, and is something I’m very proud to be a part of.

On a personal note, I’m raising two very active boys. We love to hike, camp, kayak and paddle board. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, painting and pottery.
