Jeff Lawrence

Jeff, WSC’s Director of Solutions Delivery, has more than 30 years of engineering experience in nearly all aspects of water engineering.

Jeff’s experience has centered on a balance of planning studies and detailed design, as well as construction management and operations optimizations. He has served as project manager/engineer for the preparation of dozens of water system capital improvement plans for water and sewer systems throughout the Central Valley and Bay Area. Jeff’s career has given him experience with virtually all aspects of water resources engineering and all infrastructure and equipment associated with planning and designing facilities to produce, pump, store and convey water and wastewater.

On a personal note

I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to water clients through a collaborative process where consultant and client work together as a team to meet project needs.

Being a generalist for most of my career has given me experience with a vast array of projects and disciplines in the water industry. This, in addition to many years of management experience, has given me the opportunity to learn to approach projects with efficiency, to maximize quality, to engage staff through the project process and to listen and understand the needs our clients.

I am a very active and energetic person and enjoy adventure sports from mountain climbing to paragliding. I love a good challenge!
