Jon Ganz

Jon has more than 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and rehabilitation of both wastewater and water treatment and conveyance facilities.

He has managed large capital improvement projects, provided field construction management, and supervised engineering and maintenance programs to support the operation of a large wastewater collection system. Jon excels in leading multidisciplinary design teams to deliver complex projects to help clients achieve their visions.

On a personal note

During the first half of my career, I worked for a large public agency where I served on their in-house design, construction management, and operations groups. Having this owner’s perspective has helped inform my approach when delivering projects for our municipal clients. I understand their concerns because I shared the same concerns when I sat in their seats! I also know how to help our clients navigate their decision-making processes and ultimately achieve their vision.

Outside of work, I enjoy designing and building sets for youth theater programs, alongside my wife who directs, and my two kids, who are actively involved in musical theater.
