Rob Natoli

Rob is WSC’s Northern California Regional Lead who brings more than 15 years of engineering experience designing and planning water and wastewater projects.

He has managed both large and small projects across California. Rob is known for providing excellent client service, clear communication and a solid technical approach. His technical expertise covers a range water subjects, with particular expertise in wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, hydraulics, pipelines, and tank design. He has directed  teams and functioned as the project manager and design manager for water infrastructure projects that included geotechnical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls, mechanical and process engineering disciplines.

On a personal note

I enjoy leading and delivering high-quality projects and adding value throughout the process. I strive to lead projects with well-coordinated and thoughtful project approaches, implement new technologies for delivery enhancement, and empower effective teams that work well together to deliver great results. I take my work personally and own the projects that clients entrust me with. My technical and project management background empowers me to deliver projects on schedule and on budget that meet and hopefully exceed client expectations.

I am happily married and I have two beautiful daughters. I love being with and sharing adventures with my family and coaching my girls soccer teams. I also enjoy being outside playing sports (golf, basketball, soccer) or backpacking, camping or hiking.
