Jon Ganz, PE, BCEE, PMP, Design Practice Lead
Jon has more than 25 years of experience in the design, construction, rehabilitation and operation of wastewater and water treatment and conveyance facilities.
He excels in leading multidisciplinary design teams that help clients achieve their goals. In his leadership role, Jon is excited to do all he can to nurture the team’s success.
“Being a vice president means helping WSC grow, looking at the future, and assessing strategies for success; I love being a part of that,” Jon said. “It means being trusted to be in a position to mentor our engineering staff, guide them, and set them up for success.”
Jon’s passion for excellent service is what is driving the growth of WSC’s Infrastructure Design offering.
“Great service is about the little things,” Jon said. “It’s about developing trust by delivering when you say you will and communicating when something doesn’t go to plan.”
The design is what you hang your hat on, but what I value more is the process of getting there — listening to our clients and providing expert guidance so they can make the best decisions for their communities,” Jon added.
WSC’s CEO and Founder, Jeff Szytel, said Jon’s dedication to our clients sets him apart in the industry.
“Jon is a conscientious and committed leader of people; he brings diverse and highly-respected technical capabilities, making him perfectly suited and highly sought-after to lead multidisciplinary teams that solve our clients’ most challenging problems,” Jeff said. “As Vice President, Jon will play a key role in leading our teams and projects in Southern California while contributing to our companywide body of knowledge and experience, especially in the areas of wastewater treatment and water resource recovery.”
Outside of work, Jon enjoys designing and building sets for youth theater programs alongside his wife, who directs, and two kids, who are actively involved in musical theater.
